When a person doesn't intend on being savage, but what they are saying (which is being said casually) is pretty savage, thus making what they are saying more savage than purposely burning someone.

Casual boil

A chill party or gathering, usually involving beef stew. A dry party - no alcohol UNLESS you're adding it to the stew and drinking the leftovers. Different than a business casual boil, which requires black pants and a different type of stew.
