Get the Meme Taxmug. Charlie Tax is a term that was founded in Texas and has slowly become popularized around the USA. A Charlie Tax is essentially when someone is having sex (backshots specifically) and yells out Charlie Tax while recording. It is similar to the Fanum Tax derived from the popular Twitch streamer, AMP Fanum, but instead of taking one's food, the Charlie Tax is taking one's virginity or recording some other kind of sexual intercourse.
