Someone who is only attracted to cisgender people. Although it isn't a sexuality more like a strong prefrence because trans women are women and trans men are men

Guy: Hey, im super straight
Girl: Saying it's a sexuality is transphobic because it implies that trans people aren't real men/women.
Guy: Oh ok, but I am only attracted to Cis women, is that transphobic now?
Girl: No it's not, but that's a prefrence, not a sexuality.
