A relationship where the couple dated for a few weeks or days. It lasts for a few weeks, maximum 2 or 3 months.

Person 1: I really liked them, but it was a MySpace relationship..

Person 2: A what?

Person 3: It lasted a few weeks, we dated for like 4 days.

Person 2: Sad.

relationship flex

When somebody flexes on the fact that he/she is in a relationship. This type of behaviour usually includes having interactions with a partner that is supposed to be private for example kissing. Instagram pictures where the couple is making out can also be considered this. This type of behaviour is usually quite despised and cringed at since it makes everyone feel uncomfortable, no matter the observer’s status (single or not).

Have you seen Jake’s new insta photo with his girlfriend. It’s so obvious it’s just a relationship flex. Jeez, it was so cringe.

A relationship between two people that just involves short Snapchat conversations and no dates. Hangouts usually just involve hooking up. A very friends with benefits relationship that involves communication through Snapchat. Very little text besides the occasional “caring” conversation
