"My uncle Joe has a hoarder's dozen of toilet paper, it was stacked up in his linen closet, floor to ceiling!"
"I just ate a hoarder's dozen of pancakes."
"I would give a hoarder's dozen just to see him again."

Just as a Baker's Dozen historically refers to 13 (typically as bread rolls), A Chipper's Dozen refers to some number greater than that which was ordered, typically applied to Potato Cakes / Potato Scallops / Potato Fritters. In any such case, the customer will order and pay for some number of these fried delights and typically receive something like 1.3 to 1.5x that number. More typically this applies to an order less than a dozen, so it is more useful (though more cumbersome) to describe a "Chipper's half-dozen".
"Order 67! - 8 potato cakes."
"Yep, that's me."
"Yeah no worries. A few of these looked a bit puny so I threw in a couple more for ya."
"Thanks mate. Whoa thanks, there's like 10 in here or maybe more?"
"You're alright - just a standard Chipper's dozen."

The term refers to the culture of leaving work at mid-day, to go to a nearby pub / strip club and have a dozen alcoholic drinks or shots, until the evening, before leaving for home or going to a prostitute for sex. It is also considered common-practice to put the bill on the Corporate Credit Cards.
The term originates in view of the exorbitant, careless, even behaviour usually characterised by bankers and traders, at the expense of their clients. It is closely related to the word Banker's Dozen, with strip clubs and sex being the only difference.

A six-pack marketed as a case. Corporate advertising that cynically misleads buyers into thinking they are getting more than they receive.
Contrary to the baker's dozen of 13 to encourage long-term loyalty, the corporate dozen provides less than that advertised for short-term gain. or: The baker's dozen is what we were, and the corporate dozen is what we have become.
