When someone leaves food out. Usually after making a really nice meal and using a bunch of ingredients and going the whole nine yards to cook up some bomb food, (ie: Steak, Chicken, Ribs,) this person will just leave a mess in the kitchen and not clean any of it up. Furthermore, the food is usually left out for at least 24-72 hours. It is unknown why Swetye Specials happen amongst some people. Some will say they are trying to show off their meal, while others will say the person is just a bit clumsy and forgetful.
