A good boi. Not to Be confused with a "good boy", Is a male who is obedient. He does what his partner asks of him and Therefore makes them happy. They will give him verbal gratification by calling him a "good boi". Usually paired with a hug, kiss, or any form of sexual degradation this makes this more enjoyable for the receiver of this compliment
