When someone is insanely good at something. Typically used by gamers signifying the other player is better than them. When you lose all your health and are 1 shot, you yell out to your teammates, "YO WTF HE'S CRACKED BRO, I'M OUT... HE MUST BE HACKING" you could also use it as a reference to tell your teammates that the enemy team is low in health, however, it's more commonly used as a way to describe someones talent or skills nowadays.

A person who abandons their kids would let there kid starve and used there last 20 dollars for crack. Symptoms : broke ass mentality, bad hygiene, mouth smells like shit. Takes people from there families so there not the only one being a loser.
