The main ingredient is Tiger Balm. Dencorub, Deep Heat or any other form of heat rub are not be used as substitute - Tiger Balm or nothing. A large dollop of Tiger Balm is applied to the gooch or NeverNever Land. The balmed area is then ready for action.
