Dehydrated garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Hmm. What is so funny to me is that if I had just doused my chicken in this rub and this rub alone, the seasoning police would be out of my comments, they wouldn't even be in there. But the second it's fresh garlic, fresh onion, fresh bell pepper, it's automatically not seasoning?
