Dome rushes have been clinically proven to cause extreme euphoria. Some cases of dome rush include extreme dizziness, and outbreak into song writing even though your not musically talented at all. Many famous artist such as Eric Clapton, The Beatles, Elvis Presley, and Madonna have claimed there fame right after experiencing a fat dome rush.
