Their answer was the world is the all and they are the one. She laughs because although the answer was right in a sense, they were thinking too small. The correct answer would have been:

Get the one is all, all is onemug. A military slang term that describes when two personnel are posted at a lookout or guard situation. One unit stays alert and awake watching for movement/activity (one up) while the other takes a nap or rests (one down). They alternate so as to be able to extend their alertness for a longer time. It is an unwritten rule that you must wake the resting person if you start to become tired yourself as the "One Up".

Get the One Up, One Downmug. An expression used by a group of friends that is "supposed" to be a limit on the amount of time that the group will spend at a strip club.
The overall premise is that the group will either drink 1 round of beers, partake in 1 lap dance per individual, or spend 1 hour overall before the group is "supposed" to go home. Whichever event occurs first is what is "supposed" to force the group to go home.
