A neil is someone who is fun to joke around with and agrees with me that boys bathrooms are disgusting. Fat Neil often uses strange words and noises which he created to ward off evil lionesses trying to attack his dark mane of fart. While grunting these noises and words, a sponge like creature appears out of his constantly sore muscles to attack the nearest dirty and winging derp.
