A North Eastern Massachusetts slang meaning THC vaporizer or "Cart".
The origins of the word come from students using the word "Dab" to talk about there carts. Which then turned to "Crab" Then "CrabRANGoon" Then "Rang"

A long 3 point field goal in basketball, usually made from 35-40 feet out. So named because only a crackhead would legitimately attempt a shot from this range.
