Ryan is a term used when describing someone, typically a male, that is/has using a female to build himself up. Not normally used in this fashion.

Most commonly used positively, as a way to describe someone you thought you knew before they reveal themselves.

I thought I knew him, but he turned out to be a ryan.

The best person you'll ever meet. A forever keeper and most importantly, an amazing best friend. Has the best humor, can light up a smile in an entire room somehow without trying. He gets his bestfriend's humor, and they are basically twins. All the girls has a crush on him, secretly or not. He's the dream guy. Athletic, smart, funny, you name it. You can call him for hours on end, and it will pass by like seconds. He is basically an Alexis but male version. He is the most popular, and if it weren't for him, I'd probably be dead right now.
