Shut the fucking mouth up

A very blunt, often humorous way of telling someone to stop talking, usually when they’re being annoying, repetitive, or saying something obvious. Similar in meaning to “shut the fuck up,” but slightly emphasizes the “mouth” for extra effect.

The condition can last days to weeks and patients experience tooth loss, blackening of the gums, and fecal breath.
