Pocket Rockets is basically when you get dealt a pair of aces in poker (texas holdem) which is the best possible starting hand. It can also be referred to when people get extremely lucky with certain things/qualities in life such as good looks, good at sports etc.

Girl: OMG, you're so handsome!!
Guy: Yeah, I've often been told that God dealt me the Pocket Rockets at birth.
Girl: He certainly did!
