An anonymous character used to describe a CB operator that can get right under people's skin, driving people insane and simultaneously entertaining anyone with an IQ 2 points above being able to wipe their own backside.

Ostrich Honky 

Any of a breed of 19-24 year old women, usually blonde (natural or otherwise), who think they are the greatest things since sliced cheese. (Only in their own mind.) They come across as snotty, bitchy, spoiled, psychotic and terminally dull.

Example “Man my girlfriend is such an ostrich honky, I want to kill her.”

Dated American insult for Whites most often used by Blacks and sometimes Latinos. Heard often in the 1970s but no so much anymore.

In 7th grade wood shop class Vertiz called me a white-ass honky every day!
