the code implies that the vacationer is given at least a 1 day resting period before you bother them to go out.

vacation dick energy

Originally derived from big dick energy, vacation dick energy describes the swagger or panache displayed by someone with extreme confidence (but not cockiness) while on vacation. VDE, as it is commonly referred can be difficult to describe but those in its presence can sense it. If you're not familiar with this feeling you have likely not yet experienced it.

The young man radiated vacation dick energy on his trip to Florida. While his looks resembled that of Howard Stern, he radiated the energy of someone with the looks of Brad Pitt.

Going down on efficiency as the vacation time approaches.
