Get the Ana De Armas, Kira Stephanie Cummings, Zunilda Virginia Junco, Brenda Ramosmug. The QUEEN, the true goddess her name says it all she is crowned, beautiful, honest, funny, loyal,very lovable but not good at showing it, beautiful inside and outside, she is fire, no one compares to her she really is one of a kind, Stephanie are quiet but once you get to know her she is loud and fun to be around, she hurts but will never show, don’t get her mad she will definitely show it, a wild free spirit child. Loves nature, adventure, animals, gets dirty including in bed, that’s when you feel the real fire, has a unique taste of expensive stuff, but lazy to work for it, the giver with no hesitation, drops everything to be there for you,love a Stephanie because there is no other like her, she’s a once in a lifetime, brutally honest but worth it, her love for you only grows stronger but once you fail her it’s over with. Don’t tell her what to do, she will only tell you what’s best for you from the bottom of her heart. Oh Steph you just can’t be without her.

Get the Stephaniemug. Stephanie Reid is an especially rare type of person. She's actually who she claims to be and doesn't make any excuses about it. Tho the circle of people she knows is vast, her ring of close people is small. She understands and takes pride in knowing what it takes to be a true friend and doesn't take the same kind of friend in return for granted. She will give all of herself until she needs to recharge and then will give more. She is the awesomest of friends and will never let you down. She will make you feel about yourself all the positive things she sees in you. She is truly a beautiful person inside and out.
Most of her values and morals are old school and traditional so people and friends now days might neglect to offer common courtesies or a spacific mind set that she will automatically extend. But she won't call you on it, she will just keep being the high standard of friend she feels it's right to be. If Stephanie Reid has let you into her ring of friends, know your worth, consider yourself lucky and then turn around and put that back out into the world like she would.
But just a word of advise.... She doesn't take betrayal well. So if you're going to wrong her, buy your plane ticket in advance and have your new identity ready. Because even then... Good luck, I still wouldn't want to be you.

Get the stephanie reidmug. A Stephanie, every work place has one, a simple minded creature that has managed to get (through dubious means) a position of power that is generally 5 levels above their abilities. They continue to climb the ladder through other peoples hard work, a lot of bullying and general sucking up to those above, whilst continually putting those (they consider) below them, down, generally in the worst possible way. Everything that went wrong is ALWAYS someone else‘s fault, and through the magic of hindsight (and after the fact “I told you so’s”) they always can prove they where right.
Their technical prowess is phenomenal (always after someone else has presented the concept several times to them in crayon drawings), and your implementation of their solution is always bad.
Their concept of what “EVERYONE” else is doing wrong, is legendary, and there ability to “KNOW” exactly what needs to be done, (if only the board of directors would hurry up and ask), is known far and wide.
They can be defined and identified by the short and abrupt, 6 to 12 month contracts, as the hiring company generally moves on as soon as possible, but unfortunately, like a fart in a space suit, they hang around long enough to cause grief and harm before being released back into the wild.
Should be avoided at all costs if possible, if seen in the native wild, multiple beatings with a big stick may cause some short term relief, but be wary of any long term acquaintance.
There is no know permanent cure.

An implementation is going slightly off the rails with some minor issues, someone points out how they should have done what I said all along, the response “Don’t be a Stephanie” will normally bring things back into alignment.
Someone points out the ridiculous changes being made to make the company better (when there is nothing wrong) - the comment “Gee xxxx is really being a Stephanie on this one”.
