When you put a wad of chewing tobacco in your mouth and turn out the lights. When a person smokes methamphetamine non stop to the point where they will do anything for more. Usually they end up on the streets doing sexual acts for another hit. Most times these people have no friends and the only people that hang around them is to use them for drugs. A Jib king is the lowest form of life next to a cockroach.

That Jib King was such a waste of skin he let his methamphetamine dealer shit in his mouth for a hit.
