Avatangelist

Someone who sings the praises of the movie, Avatar, to the point of extreme annoyance. Avatangelists try to convince everyone they meet to see the movie, believing that it is the ultimate "revolutionary entertainment experience."

He wouldn't stop talking about how, despite the racist narrative, I had to respect the experience that was "Avatar." He is such an Avatangelist.

When a movie, TV show, or song that is pretty good (e.g. Avatar) is ruined for you by a bunch of nerdy fanboys that orgasm over it and cry fowl when it doesn't win an Oscar, Emmy, or Grammy.

Avatricide

The killing of an Avatar from a message board forum.

You get a forum member who puts up an Avatar and it has a virus in it,another member would grass on him and then the overworked site owner would kill it with a couple of mouse points and clicks and Avatricide will happen

Another example would be you just don't like the twat who put an avatar up so you would lie about stuff with another forum member and just piss the dude off by Avatricide.
