Brain rot

Brain rot, sometimes written as "Brain rot", when used in Internet, means a type of content that doesn't carry any new knowledge and only has a target of consuming time of the viewer. In most cases, used when describing certain content, such as most Videos on TikTok and YouTube videos made by channels that have Kids as their target audience, which are made only to support attention and shortening children's attention span.
"Brainrot", as a word, became popular in fall 2023 to present day, with introduction of Skibidi Toilet.
"Remember Karen's daughter? She can't get her off the Ipad when she watches whatever Brain rot it is."

Big-brain, (Which can also be spelled without a hyphen,) means smart, intelligent, and is usually used when someone says something witty in an argument.
