Homeboy's ghettouflage radically changed the appearance of his, high-end, glossy, new Bianchi cyclocross bike. He had pasted assorted stickers across most of bike's surface. Slang for a police helicopter that searches the ghetto at night for any suspicious activity going on like gang shootouts, robberies, etc. They shine their spotlight on the area so they can see better and to blind you so you lose in a gun fight. You should probably stay inside to prevent getting permanent blindness.
