His/her attire consist on red, yellow and green anything.

And usually has a print or tattoo the of the Zion Lion somewhere.

The origin of the term comes from the behavior of raccoons that have been poisoned with a poison which induces uncontrollable thirst. This leads the raccoon to run to a water source and drink until they die.
