When you make a new friend and you feel the need to constantly talk to and message them to the point of annoying them. This happens more often with girls than boys, but there are rare cases of Male New Friend Syndrome.

New Orleans Ladies

Transgendered "ladies" who sashay around nights in the Vieux Carré New Orleans where they "Hug the wick" for a few dollars and a drink. Frequently found on Burbon Street from Bourbon Street to Esplanade.

Geeze I had too much to drink and picked up one of those "New Orleans Ladies" last night. He was pretty good though! Be careful though, they'll take your wallet "roll you like a river".
