Originally a song by “Cage the Elephant”, the phrase is used to describe the lives of people in severe poverty either engaging in illicit activity like prostitution, robbery, or theft out of necessity to survive. Reasons include bills to pay, mouths to feed, and the fact that nothing in this world is for free. They’re not generally heartless bastards, but money makes you do things you shouldn’t be doing.
Person 1: I heard that a bunch of guys robbed an ACE Hardware store the other day
Person 2 : times must’ve been tough. Ain’t no rest for the wicked.

A face most people make when riding a bus alone. A plain face without an expression.
Chronic RBS(Resting Bus Syndrome) can cause your normal face expression to change.
Similar to Resting BItch Face, however RBS is only temporary and when riding the bus alone.

1. Don't relax yet, there's more to do.
2. Keep your shoes on, you aren't finished yet.
Originally shorthand for "Don't untie your shoes yet, there's more to do."

'Resting my dinner' is to rest after eating a lot of food because you're full to the brim. This resting allows your food to settle into you stomach because you can't be bothered to move.
"I'll do my homework in a bit mum, just resting my dinner"
"I'll join you in 20 minutes, just going to rest my dinner"
