Hoovers Criminal Gang

Also known as 716 Gang, HCG is arguably the most hated gang in the city, as they're known for having beef with both Blood, Crip & Mexican gangs. The Hoovers have had presence on the west side of South Los Angeles since the early 1970s (then known as the Hoover Groovers). And are known for being heavily involved in both drug trafficking and pimping/prostitution along Figueroa Street which runs through the heart of their hood. HCG was formerly part of the Gangster Crip/3X before splitting from GC during the 1980s due to early feuds with 87GC and 97GC. During this time HCG was also became prolific due to being heavily involved in drug trafficking during the CIA-funded crack epidemic amidst the 1980s. For this reason they still use the "movin" arm motion gang sign that GC/3X sets use. They would eventually adopt the color orange and start referring to themselves as Hoover Criminal Gang (only 52HGC remained GC). Though their main rivals by far have always been the NHC and BC cards, as their beef with the Rollin' 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's, 90's, and 100's especially is one of the deadliest in the city and dates back to the early 1970s. Other feuds with the FHN, DLGB, MSMC, ECC, and 120RAC have also accounted for many deaths on both sides. Their culture of beefing with almost every has led to them adopting the popular phrase "EBK" aka "Everybody Killer" due to the fact that they have so few allies (BPS, IFGB, 51TGC, WS73GC, 83GC, GSWC, and a few other GC/3X sets being the only ones).

Veneer Criminal: A modern twist on the classic career criminal, the veneer criminal is often a high-level UK drug dealer known for dental veneers, or 'turkey teeth.' They flaunt a flashy lifestyle, with designer brands like Gucci, Rolex watches, and flashy cars. Their partners are often bright orange from tanning, have bold gaffer tape eyebrows, and have had bad cosmetic enhancements like boob jobs and duck lips. They love to flex their wealth on social media, despite having no legitimate income, making them an easy target for the police. In fact, the police don’t even need to leave the station; they can simply browse social media and catch them flaunting their wealth. They spend most of their time vacationing in Dubai and decades in UK prison.

Criminalizing

The word, Criminalizing, is not meant as a past-tense version of the dictionary word criminal. It instead means, when a group, body, works collectively to criminalize an individual. Further more, if a city council, mayor, court, Judge, law enforcement, or even a competing entity or business, local or far away business, does hits on you, your business, or your group, inner circle, or family, to cause damages. Damages could be corrupt court rulings, ignoring laws that protect your rights, you as an individual, or your business, family; to ultimately "Criminalize"(convict) you, of wrong doing. This can be done by backwards judgments for local law enforcement, the court, judge, city council, to push, nudge, belittle you, fine you, lock you up in jail, export you, to try to control you, your family, your business, your inner circle; to try to regulate and control your business, and wealth, for their wishes, or pleasure. Ultimately a third-party, or another individual that is against you, and tries to force your hand, uses hostile communication, communication that tries to control you, regulate you, control you assets or estate, for their wishes and pleasure. A very mob like mentality if you will, of opposing party against you, especially when you are privately funded from your own wealth, and a self-made individual, an owner-operator, but also a "owner", a "manager", a "founder", of what the opposing party is trying to enforce their actions against you.

The opposing party will ignore your communication, your rights, over and over, to achieve their vision of control, and collection against you, your estate, criminalizing you. They tried to criminalizing me, by the judge doing a back-wards ruling against me. They were the hostile party, repeatedly against me, on my private land, against my private business I founded and fund out of my private wealth; however, they put a restraining order on me, for me speaking up, after years of neglect from law enforcement harassing me, and trying to regulate and control me, and my business. They have no boundaries. This is not city owned. This is not city funded. This is not city founded. This is not city managed. Asian Criminals

Asian Criminals Gang - The korean street gang located in Koreatown and 6th Street, Los-Angeles. Basically a small gang, which, like all the small Asian gangs around Koreatown, remains silent about their gang. Little is known about her, except that she conflicts with neighboring gangs like MS-13, 18th Street, La Mirada Locos 13 and Oriental Lazy Boyz. ACS was partially with the Crips coalition, which means only "friendly" relations with the majority of african-american sets.
