Wheeny or Issi is the name for a small car in an online game "Grand Theft Auto V" aka GTA-5. Car visually looks like and it drives like Mini Cooper S R53/R56 and R52 convertible (1-st and 2-nd generation). The Issi is one of the smallest civilian cars in the Game.

The Weeny Issi is a two-door soft-top convertible in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
