As there is a word that's Ceeb which means "can't be fucked" but as an acronym. The word Sheebsh is an emphasis on the word ceebs in a sentence to make things crystal clear about how lazy you are. Usually, when saying this in a conversation, you have to say it, almost like your spitting with your teeth.
