A person that is a complete salty downer. They are completley idiotic and make nonsense jokes. Doosy Downers mostly eat chicken and rice and are mostly chinese. They are really stupid and annoying.

1. A person or thing that is innately depressing 2. An animal that falls to the floor and is unable to stand. Downed animals are oftentimes trampled by other animals. It is perfectly legal to allow downers to die from exposure or to throw them live into dumpsters.

Someone who suffers from the ever popular "Syndrome of a Down". Usually sports a hideously deformed face and torso, crooked almond eyes and drools constantly. Known for ruining innocent, unsuspecting couples' lives with thier selfishness, they are generally an embarrassment to their families. They generally meander around causing unnecessary noise and offending people with their mere existence in cases where "too-nice-for-their-own-good" families have decided not to abort them or throw them to the wolves shortly after birth.

"That dude's a downer - notice the almond shaped eyes, hunched back and pulsating tongue, complete with an incessant flow of drool. Where's the shotgun?"
