A person, typically male who offers to do work for a woman hoping to get closer romantically or to get laid by creating a sense of her owing him. Does not necessarily mean they follow through on actually being handy.

Someone trying to get into someone’s life by continually offering to do handy things for her.

I don’t really like this guy but he keeps offering to clean my gutters, wash my car, etc., so he can weasel his way into my life.

This can also be referred to a man's testicles, due to the fact that the testicles hang bellow the penis, like berries hang on branches.

Most berries have seeds, a symbolic relation to the testicle which bears the seed of an unborn child.
