Tree of Life

Some people consider the tree of life as a religious item. The roots in the underworld, the branches up into the heavens, and the trunk here on Earth as a connection to the two worlds. Broader, the tree is considered a metaphor for spiritual growth. It is also the way all life is interconnected. There are many different versions of the Tree of Life.

tree lawn

a small patch of grass in front of a building or house, usually cut off from the rest of a lawn by sidewalk. Possibly called such because you could maybe fit one small tree there. similar to devil strip

- to smoke marijuana. It is used during casual conversation in attempt to determine if a person also burns trees, because only a fellow tree burner would know what the speaker is talking about.
Also used when inquiring about products.

"Hey man, do you burn trees?"

"Can't help you today man, sorry"

Christmas Tree

An evergreen tree, cut at the bottom and put in a stand so it won't fall over, and decorated with silver and gold to celebrate Jesus Christ's birthday (December 25).

We have lots of fun setting up and decorating the Christmas Tree each year, just like in Jeremiah chapter 10.
