To pelican your drink is to use only your mouth to pick up your glass and then finish your drink by skulling the remaining liquid.

No hands are to be used in the process.
Tip: Usually a thicker glass such as an Australian schooner glass would be used as thinner glass cups such as a wine glass may break.
