Peckling

Peckling: to speak loudly at someone from less than a foot and a half away in a social situation where it's completely unnecessary.

When your in a bar and the guy next to you is yelling at you and there is ABSOLUTLEY no reason for him to do so. It's peckling.Ex. "Dude! I'm right here! Stop peckling me!" Or if you do it and you realize it you might be "fuck, sorry I didn't mean to Peckle you right then I'm sorry". To pick or peck at someone loudly in a confined space is peckling or in the past participle it's peckled. ex. "dude that guy just peckled me for half an hour".
