A foul, disgusting word often used by ignorant, hateful, and insecure people to insult and/or denigrate homosexual/bisexual men, or heterosexual men by implying that they are homosexual. Use of this word is a defining characteristic of a person suffering from clinical asshole-ism.

Description of an obnoxious person who goes out of their way to receive attention, usually by making a lot of noise. The term is usually associated/referred to people who ride Harley bikes. The term used to be a homophobic insult to gay people but the definition was changed in the town of South Park when they had a problem with Harley riders.

Person 1: Hey, look at that person on his Harley bike, making a lot of noise and ruining everyone's quiet day!

Person 2: Yeah, I know, that person's such a fag.
