A song that is built around--or relies so heavily on--a sample from another it might (or might as well) be considered a mashup of the new song and the sampled one.
"Pepper” by the Butthole Surfers samples “Loser” by Beck, and “Ice Ice Baby” by Vanilla Ice samples “Under Pressure” by Queen so much that each might as well be called a mashup, or at least a "half-mash."

Person 2: No, its half empty!
Person 3: It is half full or half empty?

The E: you've talked for 20 minutes and you've only gotten through two of your ten points. How much longer are you going to take?
The D: Well, to cut a rabbit in half and call it dinner, the gist of the story is that I had duck for lunch today.

Half-2C:
1- Parent's half-first-cousin's child.
2- Grandparent's half-sibling's grandchild.
3- Person who, in relation to the other person, has zero parents, zero grandparents and one great-grandparent in common.
