“Pop Style” is a Jamaican term meaning “ballin’” or “showing off.” The term was famously used on Althea and Donna’s “Uptown Top Ranking”, a Reggae one hit wonder which reached number 1 on the UK charts in 1978.

“Pop Style” was one of two singles dropped by Drake on April 5, 2016, alongside “One Dance.” The track features The Throne, better known as Kanye West and Jay Z.
