A square of 5 by 5 blocks in downtown Toronto, bordered on the west by china town, east by the 'fruit basket', south by the lakeshore, and ends in the north leading into hicksville suburbia. The 5 by 5 is a place populated by a colourful circus of extreme rejects and freaks from all walks of life and if there is anything at all happening it will be happening in the 5 by 5.

If you want to see what's on in Toronto, go to the 5 by 5, if you hit china town turn around, but if you're seeing a whole lot of transvestites and men holding hands, you've gone too far.

lexia core 5

A website that claims to teach kids “reading” but instead makes some kids rage in madness. There’s Lexia making kids rage because it won’t save their answers for some reason, but at least it gives you certificates for completing each level. The most special certificate is the one where are you completed the last level of Lexia Core5. Then you put it somewhere that's safe. later it crumbles a lot or a little bit so it’s basically a piece of trash now even though it’s a certificate. for you it might not be a piece of trash but for me, it’s basically a piece of trash. It’s also living hell and it doesn’t really teach you a lot about reading. it didn’t really teach me about reading but I did pass through most of the levels. “And yes, I use Lexia Core5 for some reason, don’t ask me why.”

U-5

(ECONOMICS) Total unemployed, plus discouraged workers, plus all other persons marginally attached to the labor force, as a percent of the civilian labor force plus all persons marginally attached to the labor force. This includes workers who are not counted as "discouraged workers" for minor technical reasons. Therefore, if one wants to cite the percentage of discouraged unemployed, the true figure is U-5, not U-4.

The US Bureau of Labor Statistics regularly publishes six estimates of unemployment. The others are U-1, U-2, U-3, U-4, and U-6. Eurostat publishes one monthly estimate of unemployment for the European Union, which is approximately midway between U-3 and U-4.

The unemployment statistics for the USA are collected through a monthly Current Population Survey (CPS) (also known as the household survey) and an establishment survey.

For economists, U-5 and U-6 can help provide some insight into labor market movements. In particular, the spread between U-5 and U-6 can show how quickly businesses are returning to normality after a recession, because it offers a way to gauge changes in the number of hours worked as well as in the number of workers hired.
