Highway Musical

The moment where everyone in the car starts singing along to the song on the radio, CD player or iPod. Usually caused by long periods of boredom during highway trips.

This phenomenon usually ends up in a long streak of musical numbers where everyone belts out songs they know, usually if controlled via iPod.

The trip was relaxing until Bohemian Rhapsody started playing and it turned into a fucking Highway Musical.

The limit of how far one can move away from a music device before being pulled back by the headphones because of unwillingness to take them off, usually due to fucking good music.

Person 1 "Hey can you get that for me?"

Person 2: "Why? It's just a few feet away from you"

Person 1: "But it's outside my music circle and I'm listening to this fucking awesome song right now!"

Clown Music

A mysterious, cheerful yet very irritating music. The origins of the music are unknown. Possibly coming from creepy motorhomes but no one is brave enough to get close enough to see. This music plays and is heard an but strange, inappropriate moments. Some have been known to be with a hottie and see fireworks.. others have been known to be a hottie and hear clown music. If you were in an enclosed area with no hottie to distract you, listening to the clown music you would want to tear your fingernails off chew on them.

As he pressed me passionately against the side of my car, off in the distance mysterious clown music could be heard.

Laser Music

Electronic music. Typically heard at raves or European discos. Sounds like a fire fight from an 80s G.I. Joe episode (all of their guns shot laser beams).

A hallmark of Laser Music is a highly repetitive beat and "laser sounds" (e.g. pew pew pew pew beeet beet beet beet, etc) that requires a heavy dose of illicit drugs (ecstasy and the like) to enjoy.

Person A: "They said they were gonna be at xyz club tonight and that we should go"
Person B: "Xyz club? That's a laser music club! Fuck that!"
Person A: "What? You mean you are fresh out of glow sticks and ecstasy?"
