1) referring to an objectip that is suspicious, such as a vehicle with tinted windows or black Van's with antennas and periscopes, and/or satellite dishes on top. Also refers to an individual that is suspicious. As In a person with dark sunglasses or skin toned ear pieces such as those used for communication.
2) referring to the constant state of being that someone is in that is justifiedly/overly suspicious of vehicles with tinted windows and aforementioned Van's. Also known as a scary ass person.
3) the temporary state a person is left in after a close call with the authorities, usually law enforcement. Tends to make a person become scary and cancel any further questionable or illegal activities.
