They may put on performances and shows where they sing and dance in a way that they think is on trend but in reality causes people around them to cringe and wince in pain. This person is often oblivious to the emotional torment that they inflict on others around them, especially their subordinates and employees. This term originated from J. Y. Park, the founder of JYP Entertainment, a well-known South Korean music and entertainment company.
