Semantic field

When a text (anything with words, whether it be spoken or written) has a topic or subject that a group of words relate to. If a passage of writing included the words
"heart", "flower", "love", "music", "passion" the semantic field would most likely be considered 'love'. A semantic field of love. Also the lexis may be referred to as "flowery" or even femnine

Sean Carr

A young man with incredible ambitions. He seeks to know everything in the world. When frustrated, he shows his anger by explaining that he actually knew that. It doesn't matter what it is, he knew that. If backed into a corner into which he cannot escape by knowing something, a Sean Carr will look up and to the right, sigh heavily, and usually curse afterwords. A Sean Carr also says random things, presumably because he knows everything and normal people can't follow his train of thought.

Man 1: Did you talk with your roommate?

Man 1: What do you mean?

Samantha

A Samantha is a loving and kind girl. She is usually gorgeous and angelic looking. If you do not know a Samantha it would be worth your while to get to know one. She is the best friend you will ever have.. she is fun, nice, sweet, easy to talk to, and will not betray you. Samantha's usually look innocent, but are the funnest people ever (and they most likey have gotten around). Samantha's are always themselves and do not try to impress anyone. They also do not like it when people try to impress her, they are down to earth girls and just want to be around genuine people. Samantha's are the type of people you can trust and the type of person you want to get to know.
