Runescape is most known for PK, scamming, botters, free trade, weekly updates and players below 13 (not everyone though). Jagex have had alot of criticism through out the years. Many says runescape have lost it's glamour in 2007/2008. The biggest reason of that is because of the removal of PK (player-killing), free trade and staking. All that in november-december 2007. Bad/unwanted updates and the graphical update in 2008. The players commonly says that jagex is making runescape go downhill and they are ruining it. jagex is known to have poor customer service. Others says runescape is going great and likes their update. A common slang in the forums is "stop fixing things which are not broken!". even though runescape have very much evoluated and jagex is making progress with graphics. but many want to keep the old.

Get the Long Rune mug.A very sad online multiplayer game on the net which will make you and your friends nerdy and loosers. I played this game for about 3 months then i realised it was shit and sad.
My best friend next door to me use to do everything with me like go bike riding, throwing rocks at trains, play soccer, and more other cool things. But not he sits at his computer playing "Runescape" i then got bored of him and started to bag him, teasing him about runescape to encourage him to stop playing the damn game.

Get the Runescape mug.Basically the thing that ruins lives. RuneScape is an MMORPG made by Jagex where you complete quests, play games, and level up your skills to a maximum level of 99. Many people say that RuneScape is nothing compared to WoW, but that's because RuneScape is free. Players can also subscribe to the premium parts of RuneScape, also known as the Member's Zone. The MZ is almost 3X as big as the free zone, has more skills, and more quests. I recommend playing it, but in little doses, because it can be highly addicting. If you want an MMO that you can play for free or pay just a little per month, this is a game that you would like, but you have to get play it for about a year or so to fully appreciate it.
