Used to describe something that is crummy or finished/done. Used when something is a no-go.

Marcus: Yo should I order the fish sandwich?
Pat: No the fish sandwich here is chalked. They're grimy.

Robby: You still dating Julie?
Pat: Nah she's chalked/Nah we're chalked. I broke up with her last week.

Alex: Bro you trying to smoke a few darts?

Pat: Minus, that's chalked. I don't want cancer.
