It is a form of modern electronic foreplay. Where People send sexual memes back in forth that are typically funny but maybe spicy (sexual) in nature and that one cannot normally say to one another while still getting to know one another.

I haven't heard from her in awhile all and out of the blue she started up an intense meme play session. She sent me "This could be us but you're playing"
