coincidental timing so perfect so as to be extremely rare in real life yet such things occur quite frequently in sitcoms

I was asking a coworker how tickets for the outing will be distributed when my manager, with sitcom timing, walks up and hands us the tickets.

Garage Time

When it is time to get into a fist fight.
Synonymous to "throwing down".

Based on the opening scene of Tradewest's 80s hit arcade game "Double Dragon" where Billy and Jimmy Lee step out of the garage, and proceed to start kicking some ass.

Guy #1 "Dude, that guy wont leave your chick alone."
Guy #2 *punches hand and gets up with purpose* "...it's garage time"
Guy #1 "YEAH it is...." *gets up too*

Chair Time

The amount of time you are allowed or wish to play Modern Warfare 2 in an uniterrupted block of time. The period of time in which you play Modern Warfare 2.

Please don't bother me, I have very little chair time and am trying to prestige.

Stoppage Time

The extension of a lecture/rehearsal, due to the fact that the teacher/coach feels that he/she has lost his/her time to his/her student's/player's excess noise/constant insults.

Mrs. Bledsoe timed the excess noise after the saxophone section stopped playing, and added it on to the end of rehearsal as stoppage time.

2. moving or acting slowly; slow

3. Arriving late no matter how certain the person is of making it on time.

Synonyms:
1. slack. 3. dilatory.

Antonyms:
1. prompt.

Tom - " The party starts at 6pm so we better tell Eric to leave by 5:30.

Bill - "don't forget to account for Finch Time. You better tell him the party starts at 5:00pm"

A lame way of saying REALLY, REALLY much so!! It is an older, nerdier version of the things that little kids say:
"You're not my friend any more!"
"Well you're not my friend times 10!"
"Plus two!"
"Double that!"
"Times infinity!"
And so on and so forth.

It might be a good idea to see 1337 or l33t.

Josh: "Man... I suck at this!"
Tony: "Well I'm great! I play SSBM times 1337!"
