They belong to at least two of the big three social networking sites. They are generally fake as fuck, because they think their lives are in these sites. A digi-hoe is usually an all around hoe. Both digitally and in real life.

You have 1280 friends on facebook which makes you possibly the greatest digi-hoe to ever walk god's green earth. None of those people are your friends. I know you, you have no friends.
