People of whom reside in the worst area possible. Constituting largely of a unrealistic, idealistic hippie stereotype that have unreasonable demands coupled together with an unfoundedly opinionated flavour of socialism, communisim & ridiculously high expectation of lower prices and foreign items. Also totally government dependant on finances.

I had a bum ask me for a cigarette - typical Newtown Scum.

What's the lowest thing you can think of? Pond scum! What could be the answer to the energy crisis? Pond scum! Turns out that algae (pond scum) is an excellent source of vegetable oil, which can be turned into bio-diesel and used in place of petroleum based diesel fuel. What a bargain!
