Maxxing means to "do the most of." It can be added after any word.
Looksmaxxing: attempting to appear more attractive (exercising, mewing, etc)
Smellmaxxing - to try to smell better (perfumes, cologne, etc)
Jelqingmaxxing - to try to get a bigger penis (self explanatory)

Usually added at the end of a word.
